Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio
1 injection. Complete at least 1 week before travel. Booster and protection last 10 years. Low dose, for travel only — you should have completed 5 primary immunisation doses with no booster in the last 10 years.

Hepatitis A (Adult over 16 years)
2 injections: 0 and 6 months. Complete at least 2 weeks before travel. Protection lasts up to 20 years after the booster.

2 injections: 0 and 6–18 months. Complete at least 2 weeks before travel. Protection lasts up to 10 years after the booster.

Hepatitis A + Typhoid (16+)
1 injection. Complete 1–2 weeks before travel. Hep A booster at 6–12 months (20 years protection); Typhoid booster at 3 years (3 years protection).

3 injections: 0, 1 and 6 months. Complete 1–2 weeks before travel. Booster after 5 years only if at ongoing risk; protection lasts 5 years.

4 injections: 0 days, 1 month, 2 months, plus a booster 1 year later. Complete at least 1 month before travel. Regime may differ by vaccine manufacturer; can be used for 16–18 year olds if rapid protection is required. Protection lasts 5 years.

3 injections: 0 days, 1 month and 6 months. Complete at least 1 month before travel. Protection lasts up to 20 years, no booster needed.
